How to Protect Yourself from Sun

Summer are extremely hot ans sun rays are very harsh for skin. Do you take Enough care of your skin from the harsh effect of the sun? Apply this tips to Protect your self from the sun.

1. Use sunscreen with a Sun Protection Factor (SPF)

2. Apply sunscreen 30 min before going outside so your skin has time to absorbs it.

3. Seek shade when possible, especially during the hours of 10:00 am to 4:00 pm when the sun rays rays are strongest.

4. Wear protective clothing, like hats, sunglasses, long sleeved shirt and pants.

5. Babies under the age of 6 months should never be in direct 
sunlight ans should always wear a hat and clothing that protects then from UV rays.

6. Talk to your dermatologist and have a complete body scan once a year.

7. Drink more water for dehydration.

8. Make sure that your work can be plan in the morning or after 4:00 pm.
